Fish pan with green beans
Quick hot dish for fish lovers. And for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Beans to boil for 5 minutes.

Fish fillets (I used cod) cut into pieces. Fry.

Put the beans to the fish. Mix well.

Separately mix the eggs, soy sauce, sour cream, salt.

Pour the sauce over the fish and beans. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot, in a frying pan. Bon appetit!
