Meat shanezhki with oat bran
Easy and quick to prepare dish, but also hearty, perfect for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    100 g

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

First prepare the stuffing. For this you need to chop onion and fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes. Then add grated on a coarse grater carrots. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add the minced meat, nutmeg and salt to taste. Simmer for 7-10 minutes.

When the beef is ready, add bran, mix well.
