Mini curd for kids
I suggest you to try delicious, healthy and beautiful Breakfast. It will appeal to both adults and children. Very soft, mouth-watering curd with a light crust, very much like my son and me. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Apple and carrot wash, acidity from the skin and grate on a fine grater.

Mix with cottage cheese.

Oatmeal to grind into flour.

I use oat cereals of TM "Mistral"

Add sugar, salt, egg, and ground oatmeal and mix well.

From the resulting mass to make small wedges ( or any other form) and slightly fry in a pan in vegetable oil.

Put on trays and place in a preheated 160C oven for 10 minutes.

For the sauce mix the sour cream and jam (to your taste).

Serve warm.
