Risotto with melon
I want to offer the option of risotto with fruit.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    125 g

  • Melon

    1 piece

  • Apricot

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    4 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Compote

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

1. A melon cut in half, remove seeds and gently cut the flesh.

2. The pulp is cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice. Apricots to divide into halves, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Nuts break into small pieces.
