Cooking
Grind the peas, if using a coffee grinder into flour.
Grate on a fine grater cheese.
Cold butter cut into small cubes.
Mix oatmeal with pea flour, salt, garlic and pepper (if You prefer a milder taste, garlic and pepper should not be added). Add milk and butter, mix thoroughly. At the end add grated cheese and knead the dough. The table and the rolling pin to propylite with flour, roll out the dough and cut it into strips. How thin You roll out the dough, will depend on how crunchy is the snack. Usually I love crispy cookies, but in this case I prefer to roll out thick. Sticks will not be so crispy, but you can fully enjoy the taste.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until Golden brown. After this time I sticks turned over and baked another couple of minutes on the other side. So they got Golden on both sides!
