Cooking
1. Oatmeal grind ( this time done with a mixture of 5 grains, milled in a coffee grinder). 2. Connect the flour with the baking powder, oats, sugar, warm water, vegetable oil, soy sauce, Kikkoman and flax.
3. Knead the dough, leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Roll out, cut into squares or rectangles. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C, until Golden brown, about 20 minutes.
5. Delicious bread, and ready.
