Pancake strudel with zucchini, ham and cheese
Very gentle and a pecan roll for Breakfast.

First of all, prepare the dough for pancakes. For this recipe, perfect tight, curvy, not too thin pancakes. I suggest to prepare a "perforated" buttermilk pancakes.
