Outdoor blueberry cheese cake
A delicious combination of tender cottage cheese and blueberry filling with a soft cookie dough will satisfy all lovers of cheese cakes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Blueberries

    150 g

  • Vanilla

Oil mixed with sugar. Add eggs and beat well.

To the resulting mixture add procianoy flour with baking powder and vanilla. Knead the dough. The dough will be very soft, pliable.
