Salmon in poppy crust
Delicate fish in a crispy crust of poppy. This is a very tasty, tender, unusual, fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Mac

    50 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Mix the juice of half a lemon and soy sauce

Marinate the fish for 15 minutes in this sauce

Dip the protein in the fish from the skin, then cloth dipped in poppy

Fry in vegetable oil for 4 minutes first side skins

Then flip and fry 4 minutes on the reverse side
