  • Garlic

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

  • Anchovies

    5 g

  • Green olives

    60 g

  • Pasta

    150 g

Cut the dough into wide pappardelle. Boil fifteen minutes in a large quantity of water.

For the sauce you will need: olives, anchovies, parsley, olive oil, garlic.

Place all ingredients in blender.

Lightly smash.

Mix the cooked pappardelle with the sauce, put on plate and garnish with Basil. The dish is ready. Bon appetit!
