Pepper sliced rings. Three rings left, and the rest is cut finely. Chicken eggs combined with chopped bell pepper, added salt, dry pertushka and tablespoon of oil.
Rings of pepper put in the middle on a greased hot pan. They broke three quail eggs. The edges of the rings poured a mixture of eggs and pepper. Put the lid on. And turn off the stove.

On the side, we used broccoli.
