Pike perch fillet with mushrooms and grapes
Interesting combination of ingredients and herbs give the fish an unusual, very pleasant taste! Is prepared quickly and perfectly suited for a healthy diet!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    600 g

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.8 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Fish fillet with salt, sprinkle with spices and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Mushrooms cut into plates.

Heat the pan with olive oil over medium heat and saute the fillet of pike-perch for 5 minutes. Flip to the other side.

Spread on fish mushrooms. Salt.

And grapes.

Cover and saute on medium heat for 15 minutes.
