Grilled mackerel marinated
The perfect recipe for a picnic! A minimum of preparation — a very tasty result! Grilled mackerel turns out is not worse than the meat skewers, it is sometimes necessary to deviate from traditional recipes to cook something new. Try to cook the mackerel for this quick recipe. The dish will appeal not only to you but to your entire family.

Fish to defrost. Mackerel should be thawed under natural conditions. Remove thawed fish head and tail, gut it and rinse in cold water, do not forget to remove the covering inside the black film. Cut into portions.

Prepare the marinade: Mix oyster sauce Blue Dragon 100 g sauce teriyaki marinade Blue Dragon (6st. spoons). Add the finely chopped dill. Mackerel RUB the outside and inside of the cooked marinade. To marinate fish needs at least a half to two hours, but preferably longer. Adding oyster sauce Blue Dragon, I gave the fish some sweetness. I have to say, the cooked marinade goes perfectly with the taste of mackerel, it complements it and gives a certain piquancy.

Fry mackerel on the coals on both sides for 5-7 minutes, very fast. Until Golden brown. Now about the taste. It is divine. Mackerel itself is very oily, and therefore remains juicy during cooking on fire.
