In order to have a fun and delicious time with friends on the picnic, not necessarily to buy kilos of meat, but rather just baked the fresh potatoes and serve it with pre-cooked at home delicious fillings. For a start I suggest you to cook like this.

Cooking
To ensure that our potatoes are guaranteed baked on the coals or on the grill, we do the preparation at home. For this we need potatoes wash that glove-like in my pictures, but if you don't have it, then thoroughly wash with a brush and boil in their skins for ten minutes. Get and let cool slightly. Then make a crosswise cut in the potato and wrap each in foil.
One can prepare delicious fillings. For the first filling we take half of the pepper and bake it in the oven, take off the skin and mash with a fork. In half of our butter, softened add the dry thyme and crushed pepper. Add salt to taste. For the second filling, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and Basil will work in a blender, add to this mixture the cream cheese, mix up. If necessary, dosolit. In the third embodiment, in the softened butter put sliced salted salmon and dill. Punch in a blender, it needs more salt.
Nature spread out on the ground, plaid, cook, put our filling in of the plates, and decorate them with greenery. Take any fresh vegetables and lots of greenery. Don't forget to take bread in any form.
