Potatoes with mushrooms
Great traditional and hearty combination of potatoes with mushrooms. This dish is prepared easily and available products.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Cut onion into cubes.

Fry it in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Large (but not very) cut the mushrooms and add them to the fried onions. At first they may seem like a lot, but they are very warialda. In the process the mushrooms let the juice out, and fry until until all the juice evaporates.

Cut into julienne potatoes.

Once all the liquid from mushrooms has evaporated, add the potatoes, stir, cover with a lid and leave on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Here is a caveat: the potatoes turned to mush, we were immediately NOT SALT!

When potatoes are almost ready, add salt to taste and add the Bay leaves. Stir and fry until tender. The potatoes I served with a Kale salad. Bon appetit!
