Ingredients

  • Dill

    1 to taste

  • Salt

    1 to taste

  • Starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

Meat, onions and mushrooms cut.

Fry meat in heated pan in vegetable oil. When the meat is browned, salt and pepper.

Separately fry the onion until Golden brown.

When the onion becomes Golden color, add mushrooms. Fry, salt, and pepper.

Then add the mushrooms to the meat and fry all together for 5-10 minutes.

Then add sour cream, mix well and simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Until the meat with mushrooms simmered in sour cream, dilute the starch in a glass of warm water and add to the meat, to taste to salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer under a lid for 20-30 minutes. For 5-10 minutes until cooked add pepper, dry dill and parsley, Bay leaf.
