Millet patties
A good alternative to ordinary garnish. I really liked it, and my mother in law asked to share the recipe. I agree that if mother-in-law likes the recipe standing)))

Ingredients

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Broth

    0.5 l

  • Millet

    250 g

  • Basil

    0.5 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

That's what we need.

The cleaned garlic and finely chop shallots and fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the broth.

Put into the broth cereals, pre-washed. Closing the lid, leave to simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, then remove from the heat and without opening the lid, leave for another 15-20 minutes. Pot to wash, dry and chopped (I had dried herbs). Egg, bread crumbs, weed add to wheat porridge, season with salt and pepper and mix well. To form cutlets and fry in the remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
