Put into the broth cereals, pre-washed. Closing the lid, leave to simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, then remove from the heat and without opening the lid, leave for another 15-20 minutes. Pot to wash, dry and chopped (I had dried herbs). Egg, bread crumbs, weed add to wheat porridge, season with salt and pepper and mix well. To form cutlets and fry in the remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
