Description
Pancakes with cottage cheese – a traditional treat for tea, quick and easy to prepare. Pancakes are obtained thin and delicate, especially when you add in the mix a bit of boiling water. Note to mothers: if the child does not eat cheese, serve it in pancakes with jam eaten instantly!

Cooking
Sift the flour with salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Beat milk with egg and oil. Pour the mixture into the flour, stir until smooth. Let stand for 15 min. Heated pan greased with a little oil. Pour 1 ladle of dough, cook 1.5 minutes Flip the pancake and cook for another 30 seconds. To pass on to a hot dish. To make pancakes from the remaining dough.
Curd grind with the remaining sugar. On pancakes put 1 tbsp jam, and top with 1 tablespoon cheese.
