ApfelBrot. It just so happens that I don't like sweets, but love breads. Sweet pastries have also not very happy, still trying to learn to eat healthy, but tasty. This recipe is for me a godsend, it weaved the benefits of spelt (spelt) flour, apples, dried fruit and cottage cheese, it is prepared without sugar. It turns out very tasty and fragrant bread that can be eaten for Breakfast with tea or coffee, and afternoon tea with milk. Come visit, will entertain.
