Cooking
In the ingredients already specified net weight of the product. Cucumber, onion, sweet pepper and sharp clear. Stalks of celery, cleaned, leaves removed.
Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater, the rest of the vegetables skip through Mincer. Combine all together, add salt and mix thoroughly.
The resulting mass pour into a colander, squeeze thoroughly and leave for 5 hours. You can periodically go and "push-UPS". Our objective is to obtain maximum dry weight.
The resulting juice is drained - it is not required. In a saucepan pour water, add sugar, prepared mustard, grain mustard (I took the existing French). You can add turmeric, and who likes to go for the gusto - ground Chile pepper (I added 1 tsp).
The syrup to boil, put the prepared vegetable mixture and stir thoroughly. Simmer while stirring 5 minutes. Remove from heat, lay in a prepared banks and roll. Store in a refrigerator do not have. I got a 6 ounce jars.
