Cooking
Prepare the sauce-marinade, which will marinate meat and sauce you can pour a ready shish kebab and potatoes to it. Onions and garlic crush on the frog, sprinkle with pepper. Pour soy sauce and add the vegetable oil. To taste, if you feel that not enough salt, salt a little, but the "salinity" of soy sauce is enough. Stir thoroughly.
Chicken cut into cubes, approximately 2*2 cm, cover with sauce and leave a little brew. You can use any part of chicken, the main thing is to cut it in small pieces. 15 minutes will be enough for marinating.
Cut into pieces (size of chicken) bacon, preferably smoked to use.
Bread cut the same pieces as the previous ingredients. The bread slices should be thick.
Strung on wooden skewers in this order: bread - bacon - meat - bread - bacon - meat, etc.
If you make this barbecue pork, I recommend to slice it thin, into oblong strips, marinate and put on skewers, without bacon would be less greasy.
Form to lay a paper for baking and put the skewers. After cooking in the same paper it is possible to wrap kebabs, so they soaked.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 deg. 5-7 min, then raise the top grill, under the grill for another 5-7 minutes.
