Czech dumplings
A delicious side dish for a short time, can be eaten with meat or served with any types of gravies. Can be prepared from different types of flour. Rice, starch, or cereal.

Ingredients

  • Bun

    3 piece

  • Flour

    750 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Rolls cut into small cubes and set aside for a time to dry.

In a bowl, mix the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar, add some warm milk, again, stir up and leave to let rise. The rest of the milk set aside for the test.

In a bowl pour the flour, add the eggs, brew of milk, as described above, a pinch of salt and will gradually add milk. By this test we will add rolls and as soon as they will absorb moisture, mix up everything into one mass.

C finished dough will make two long loaves and leave for 30 minutes, every 10 minutes turn to come in uniform.

Put the dumplings in boiled water, but before soak them in cold water, so as not to burst. After 10 minutes, turn over and cook for another 10 minutes. The finished dumplings remove from the water and procalim fork to out steam. Hot is better for cutting a thread, the cold can and a knife.
