Cooking
Coriander, dill and parsley finely chop.
Add the garlic, grated on a fine grater, onion cut into small cubes, and soy sauce. Mix well.
Put all in a blender and add the chili, oil and vinegar. Grind to a pulp.
Corn leaves bend to the end of the cob.
Then carefully wrap the corn back to the leaves.
Each cob, wrap in foil and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve immediately, with remaining sauce. Bon appetit!
