Description

Stewed vermicelli with pork and mushrooms
Very hearty and simple dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Buckwheat

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Slice meat and fry in a pan.

Add washed mushrooms (I took frozen mushrooms).

Add grated carrots, chopped half rings onion and chopped tomatoes.

Then add the washed buckwheat and pour all the hot (!) water and leave to stew on low heat until tender. For about 5 minutes until tender add seasonings (I added freshly grated nutmeg, 5 heads of dried cloves and black pepper).

Before serving you can decorate with greens or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
