Sour cream cake with cranberries
While my baby slept, I decided to bake a cake! Carefully reviewed all sour cream pies, but this kind of not! Did step-by-step photos, as I was sure that this cake is already on the website. And now I understand that in vain did not take a picture! Well, it's not quite scary, because the cake is very simple, quick and delicious!

Ingredients

1. Prepare the dough, it's simple! Cheese, sugar, yogurt, butter (pre-melt in the microwave for 1min.) stir and beat with a mixer (I have it broke down so did everything with a whisk)! 7-10 minutes whisk and add the flour with the baking powder (sift). Knead the dough by hand, the dough has to come unstuck from hands. If the dough is watery, add more flour, and if hard, then yogurt or milk. The dough should be not too soft and not too hard! Cover with the pastry, put aside! Meanwhile, prepare a filling! Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Toppings! It is even easier! Sour cream, 2яйца, sugar 150gr. flour 2st. l and vanilla sugar beat with a mixer a bit.

3. Take baking dish, grease with butter. Raspredelyat the dough, making a small bumpers. To put our toppings on the dough, top I poured cranberries, mashed with sugar (3 tbsp). Then again a bit of filling and remaining cranberries - 3 tbsp and it all pour the last layer of the filling cream. Cranberries are optional to add, I have a lot of it, nowhere to go, that's added!!! Bill sour, just not much to eat, and it is!!!

4. From the top you can sprinkle with fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.) if frozen berries - thawed, squeeze off the water. Since I had neither one nor the other, I did not. As usual, when the season of berries, I always sprinkle!

5. Well, the cake is ready, send it in the oven to bake for about 45-50 minutes at temp of 180 degrees. until Golden brown. Remove the pie from the oven, let the need COOL down without REMOVING FROM the mold!!!
