Juicy chicken, prior to cooking marinated and sauteed in the same marinade. Cooked very quickly.

The sauce should be of high quality. No starch, sodium glutamate Mine is in this photo.
Cut the chicken in small pieces, removing the bone.
Thinly slice the lemon, removing seeds. Mix with the chutney and water.
The chicken pieces mix well with the marinade. Cover and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes. If you marinate overnight, then refrigerate.
Pan greased with vegetable oil (if not nonstick, the smear is not necessary) and spread it on the chicken together with the marinade in which it was marinated (the pan is not pre-heated). Put on fire and simmer until tender (about 10 minutes). Turns out juicy sour chicken, lemon is very good in stewed complements the chicken.
