Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cherry

    250 g

First prepare the cherries. Cherries thawed(if frozen), put it in the pan along with the juice, add sugar and cook (fry) for 20 minutes to wrinkled. If in its juice - juice take a little bit. Cherries, drain and cool. Beat butter with sugar, add coffee (1 tsp coffee+1 tablespoon boiling water) and whisk. Add the eggs one by one whisking. Add the flour with the baking powder, mix.

To get the cherries from the syrup, put in the dough and quickly, trying not to mash the berries, stir with a spoon. Spread in a greased form, bake in preheated oven at 200-220 deg. until tender.

The finished cake to cool to warm and soak with the remaining syrup.
