Cutlets of sardines in tomato sauce
Tasty burgers, come to the rescue, when the purse a little money or just too lazy to cook.

Ingredients

  • Sprat

    1 can

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Canned spread from the jar with sauce, add a slice of stale bread and mash well.

Add the egg, sprinkle with dried dill, squeeze the garlic clove through a press, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

With a spoon spread on a heated with oil pan and fry on both sides until cooked.

Garnish better to submit mashed potatoes or rice. Bon appetit!
