They will be extinguished approximately one hour, maybe a little more. When the water is gone, allow to fry in butter for about 10 minutes. If the oil together with the water evaporates, then you must add it. While the ribs cooked, cook the onion (it must be cut is not large). When the ribs are slightly roasted, add onions, stir. All fry until the onions become soft and lightly Pozolotina.
While all are preparing sauce. In a deep bowl, take the sour cream, mayonnaise, black pepper and red, seasoning for pork, the salt, the flour - mix everything into a homogeneous mass. In it, add water 100 - 150 ml (the more water, the thinner the sauce). When the meat is cooked and onions are soft, pour the sauce into the meat, allow to boil.
