Homemade bread
What could be warmer and cozier than the smell of fresh bread, cooked with love and care?

Ingredients

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    6 tsp

  • Sugar

    6 tsp

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dried fruits

In a bowl pour water, add yeast and sugar, stir the bowl, cover with a lid and leave to warm for 10-15 minutes. Have this mixture to foam

Add the butter and salt, stir with a whisk. Take 5 cups of flour and slowly fall asleep in mass. The dough should look like the photo

Dried fruits take a little, it's not cake, but bread

cut the dried fruits, except raisins, not very finely nor too coarsely and add to the dough, knead well with a whisk

Add the remaining flour, stir with a spoon

Leave the dough to rest and rise. I have this process took 10 minutes. On the table place the flour and spread the dough

knead, oiling the hands with vegetable oil. The dough "will take" about half of the flour, maybe a little more or a little less

Divide the dough into 2 pieces, spread on a greased baking sheet, forming a loaf. Dough just grows in my hands I feel the magic

Sent in a preheated 220-250 degree oven for 35 minutes. If the loaves appear tinted, it can be 5 minutes before end of cooking, to lubricate the surface (I greased with a mixture of water and honey: 1 teaspoon of honey for 250 ml of water) and hold it in the oven for another 5 minutes
