Mushroom soup
Delicious, easy and quick to prepare, cream of mushroom soup. My husband loves it so that always eats two servings. And in the evening for dinner and asks: "And there is soup left? I would still eat me more than anything else is not necessary."

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Grind with a blender the mushrooms and put in the pan. But not into a puree and tiny pieces. So in the end better you feel the taste of mushrooms. You can even leave a few mushrooms and just cut it. Then it will be not only on taste but also on the kind of mushroom soup. And delicious so, if there is no, and the big piece of mushroom in your mouth you will get.

Also chop the carrots and there it mushrooms.

Same with the onions. Then mix, put the butter and fry until Golden brown. Precisely milled fry, so delicious. If to fry first, then grind, then turns out a mess. And so, tiny pieces retain their shape.

While the fried mushrooms, fry in a pan 1 tablespoon of flour in vegetable oil, pour broth and cook until the mushrooms cook. I mainly as using bouillon cubes. Approximately 2 pieces per liter. To make it "stronger", as my husband loves.

Then, when our mushrooms were fried, whisk one tablespoon of flour in milk or cream, pour in the broth and waiting for the boil. Make sure that the milk does not run away, and then another plate to wash ;).

Add the mushrooms with carrots and onions. Add salt, pepper and cook for another 5 mins.

Poured into plates where already pre-cut pieces of boiled eggs. And enjoy.
