Winter soup
The soft texture of this soup will not leave anyone indifferent. This recipe is also from the section "a Quick, easy and delicious."

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Bacon

    80 g

  • Crackers

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil eggs in water with a pinch of salt and a drop of vinegar 12 min. Hold under cold water. Peel and cut into rings.

Finely chop the onion, carrot and Apple. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. 3 spoons of olive oil then the onions and carrots.

Add the Apple and potatoes and then another 5 minutes.

Add the broth. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Grind in a blender until creamy. Season with salt to taste.

Serve with boiled egg, croutons and bacon (or ham or Parma ham, cut into small cubes). You can also decorate with greenery.
