Casserole of chicken with rice
Such a simple name, but how much flavor behind it! Very delicate casserole with mushrooms and a creamy sour cream filling.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Olive oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Dry white wine

    0.25 cup

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    0.25 cup

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Seasoning

  • Paprika sweet

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a pan heat over high heat 2 tbsp olive oil, the bottom sprinkle a pinch of salt. In several batches in a frying pan fry the chicken with two sides for 1-2 min After each batch, add to the pan a bit of salt and, if necessary, olive oil. Keep in mind that the chicken should be cooked until tender and only lightly fried. The chicken is ready place it into a bowl and set aside.

In the same pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, reduce heat to medium and fry onions until transparent about 3 minutes.

Dobavte garlic and continue to simmer for 30 seconds.

Put onions and garlic in a baking dish.

Increase the heat on the frying pan put the mushrooms. Roast them without adding oil to lightly browned and gave the excess fluid.

Cooked mushrooms put in a baking dish.

In a pan pour the white wine and scrape off all the fried, formed earlier. Boil down to 1 tbsp

Then add the chicken broth and remove from heat. I made broth from chicken bones from which the meat was removed in the beginning.

Stir in 1 1/2 tsp salt, cream and sour cream.

In a baking dish and pour the rice.

Pour broth, sprinkle with seasoning and paprika, then stir well so all the ingredients of the pudding evenly distributed form. Seasoning "Italian herbs" and "For chicken" can replace 2 tsp. of the mixture of dried rosemary, sage, thyme and Basil. If you have these herbs for fresh, use 2 tbsp. mixture.

On top in one layer put the chicken pieces. Close the casserole with foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 190 deg.

After this time remove the foil and if the pudding is still watery, then send it back in the oven without closing the foil, for another few minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.
