This is my first encounter with broccoli. Long chose a recipe and cooked, I realized that I was not mistaken. Interesting mix cookie dough, almonds, vegetables and curry. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, add flour and stir. Cut into pieces and mash the butter with the flour until a homogeneous mass.

Prepare sauce: stir eggs, yogurt, milk and seasonings. I used the ready with pepper, curry, nutmeg, cumin and Bay leaf.
Spread the almonds, I'm not stingy, put a pack of 100 gr.
Decorate with broccoli and carrot, cut into circles. Cover with the sauce and put in oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
