Meatloaf with eggs under cheese crust
Last time I just had a crush on meat loaf. It all started with "False hare" - it turned out so delicious!!! It turned out that to prepare the rolls is easy and very profitable. You need to buy the stuffing, and the stuffing will go the remains of food that there is in the fridge. The main difficulty - beautiful and gently roll the roulade. I for myself have developed such a method. Foil smeared with butter and shrouded in plastic wrap, lay out products. Then, lifting tape, join the edges of the stuffing and carefully samipya. Give the roll the shape of Poleshko. And then from one side start to gently pull out the film, lifting it and rolling the roulade until it is on the foil. Then together with the transfer foil on a baking sheet. So everything is neat and nothing falls apart. The proposed recipe is simpler "False hare", but also very tasty.
