Cooking
In a deep dish mix the dry food. Start with sugar. I took a brown cane, because the time noticed that the normal ended. In General, great with white sugar.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
In another bowl mix rest of the ingredients. Mix eggs with melted butter.
Add to them the liquor and chocolate. The chocolate I melted in a water bath. Note my mistake - I waited and waited, and when the chocolate has melted, but he did. Could not resist - decided to mash them with a fork, and it turns out to be molten any longer, just the squares of the shape have not changed)))
Now the slurry is pour into the flour and thoroughly, but carefully, with a minimum of movements stir.
Gently spread the resulting dough into molds for muffins (make 12 pieces), 2-3 on top decorate with Mandarin slices and sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. At this stage I made a huge mistake of using paper forms((( Maybe I did something wrong? I have used 2 at once and still they unnecessarily opened(((((
Get and enjoy the taste)) Surprisingly fragrant, tasty, tender and not at all cloying) Bon appetit!!!
