This is again the familiar pork ribs... On the street the sun is shining like spring, Sunny mood.. orange... and ribs so orange... For fans of unusual taste.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1 kg

  • Spices

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Chili

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Tomato

First make the marinade: mix the tomato paste with water, jam/marmalade, salt, black pepper and Chile. From one orange, grate the zest (add to marinade) and juice (4 tbsp juice, add to the marinade).

Pork ribs cut into individual ribs, fry in dry pan on all sides and place in the marinade. Let stand 30 minutes.

Arrange the ribs in an oven form, add finely chopped garlic and tomatoes, pour the marinade from under the ribs. Put in cold oven, turn to 200*C and bake for 1 hour.15-1H.30 (depends on the oven).

Ready ribs served with green salad, orange slices, garlic baguette.
