If you have a lot of hell... freak in the Hacienda, make a fish in sour cream with horseradish. Photos, of course, is not impressive, but the taste of the fish is extraordinary! My husband appreciated the dinner "excellent" :)

Cooking
It's simple: fish or fillet cut into large pieces, salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Grated horseradish mixed with sour cream, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. I have a vegetable garden, had to get the hell in the jar. Turn on the oven at 200*With the Pieces of fish put into the form layers, each layer coat with "shitty" sour cream, bake in the oven at 200*C for 25-30 minutes.
The resulting sauce is poured into the pasta with them and gave the fish to the table. I cooked pangasius, but perfect for this dish is suitable pike (made in Russia, but here, unfortunately, the jacks in the afternoon with fire not find).
