Honey-plum gingerbread
Wonderful gingerbread, very lush and not dry and not too sweet. Gorgeous honey-creamy taste, add contrasting plum acidity.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 cup

  • Honey

    150 g

  • Drain

To the flour add the sugar, salt and soda, then put the softened butter and RUB until the state greasy crumbs.

Liquid honey rasputyvat with eggs and sour cream (if honey is sugar, you can melt it in a water bath or in the microwave).

Mix everything together, pour the dough in a greased form, from above put the halved plums, cut up or down (as you like).

Plums don't need "imbedded" in the dough - the dough will rise and grip plum on all sides. If plums "imbedded", then after baking they will be deep in the test. Bake at t=180~200°C until cooked. If the top of gingerbread to bake too early, form tighten foil. Bon appetit!!!
