Chicken stewed with pumpkin, it came out very juicy and soft, the pumpkin is not felt, it only gives a light sweetness to the sauce and blend in cream, so no one will even guess what the prepared sauce, and if anything, it is possible for a carrot to push. For the competition "Bright mood".

Cooking
Onion cut into half rings and lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, add chopped chicken and stew it to whitening on all sides (do not fry!!!)
Added to fillets grated on a coarse grater pumpkin, stir, cover and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add ground garlic, ginger, salt and cream (cream you can and more, despite what the sauce consistency you want to achieve), stir, cover, turn down the fire to minimum and simmer for another 10 minutes.
The meat in pumpkin sauce can be served with any garnish, but the prettiest looks with white. Bon appetit!
