Black, green, white, fruit... and why not carrot?! Carrot tea! The recipe is from the book the TV presenter and chef with Dasha Malakhova! Tea is not the usual, carrot gives the drink its light sweetness and delicate flavor!

Carrot cleanse and RUB on a small grater.
Press the carrots and spread it on the laid parchment paper baking sheet. Send the carrots to dry in the oven for 2-3 hours at 60-70 degrees.
In a pot, put the carrots, add the tea and cover with boiling water. Infuse.
