Sometimes fall to duck and always the question of what to cook. After reviewing a lot of recipes from duck, have not found. Very easy to prepare and delicious. My husband and children have appreciated at a time eating almost everything.
Hammer beats the meat, salt, pepper, sobivaim spices and put in a bowl. Prepare the egg mixture with a fork whisk eggs with milk, salt (a little). Take a pork cutlet, lightly dip it in the egg mixture, coat in bread crumbs a little too. Then again dip in egg mixture and coat firmly in the breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs to the meatball with your hands. Spread on a heated pan and fry until cooked ( until a nice Golden brown).
