  • Mushrooms

  • Butter

  • Garlic

  • Tomato paste

  • Parsley

  • Rosemary

  • Tomato

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Pork meat cut into one piece per serving. Discourage, cut tendons, sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Lubricate the chopped kiwi. Fry the escalope on razogretuju with fat a frying pan until tender. For the sauce in a bowl, where the fried pork chop, add the flour, finely chopped onion, pour broth, add the tomato paste.
