Tomato spaghetti for delicate sauce with tuna and capers
Delicious, easy and quick to prepare dish. Looked through the last room of the culinary Oprah magazine and saw this recipe, I decided immediately to prepare our children for lunch. We liked it. Can be like you.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    500 g

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Canned fish

    400 g

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Boil spaghetti in salted water until tender. While the spaghetti are cooked,we prepare the sauce,to do this, peel and finely cut the onion and garlic.

In a pan melt the butter and fry the onion and garlic until transparent.

Dose tomatoes to open and add to roasted vegetables,also add the capers and saute.

The fish is also to open,drain the liquid,rasterbate the fish with a fork.

Add the fish to the pan for the sauce,mix well.Salt and pepper to taste,add a pinch of sugar and stew all together a few moments.
