This is a dish I cook by eye: this time I had a medium rabbit, we undressed, and laid in a deep dish for baking.
Then prepare the marinade: 1.5 cups cherry juice (but it can be replaced with plum, speaking) put on a slow fire, adding there 1 chicken cube, cut one or two fresh tomatoes, three cloves of garlic, added wine vinegar for about 70-100 ml, put your favorite spices, salt and pepper liberally. stir and bring to a boil.
Remove the marinade from heat and fill them with our rabbit. put about 30 things prunes. close the dish with foil and put in oven.
Bake for about 2-2,5 hours at 250 degrees. the more we bake, the juicier and more tender the meat will become. Bunny is ready! all to the table!
