Cooking
I have had fish. I cleaned, gutted, cut the gills. Thoroughly washed and dried with paper towel.
Watered with lemon juice, sprinkle well with salad for fish, a little salt and pepper (INSIDE TOO) On the back made incisions and stuffed with garlic cloves.
Put the fish in the oven bag, rubbed on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 40 minutes
Cut the package, the fish is smeared with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese. Put in a couple of minutes back in the oven until melted cheese.
And this is with a side dish of fried potatoes.
