Marmalade cake
My cake cooked on sour milk! It turns out soft, with the cheese taste. And marshmallows add a fun touch to this casual recipe! Very easy to prepare and easy to please family! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Marmalade

    23 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Prepare a form. Diameter 22 cm Cut on the bottom of the parchment and grease with vegetable oil. Turn on the oven at 170 degrees.

Put in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake at 170 degrees. Readiness check with a toothpick. At full readiness of the cake, it will dry.

The finished cake is extracted from the oven and immediately grease with butter. Cover with a towel and allow to stand for approximately 5-10 minutes.
