Cooking
Oat flakes pour the water in the evening and left on overnight at room temperature.
The following day the oat mixture to strain through a sieve.
Liquid pour into a saucepan and put on fire, bring to a boil. Add the mix of sugar, vanilla and cinnamon
Add lemon juice and berries (I added the cherries along with the juice).
Boil the jelly for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cover and allow to cool to lukewarm.
Hammered cream to cook according to the instructions on the back. The cooled jelly pour on top decorate with whipped cream and mint. Bon appetit!
