Meat
So I wanted something to "cheat". Turned out very juicy, tender and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    100 ml

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the meat into slices.

Lightly beat off. Not much need, I have to beat just to meat the same thickness.

Onion cut into strips, mushrooms defrosted. Meat salt and pepper to taste. On each slice put a little onion and mushrooms.

Fold rolls and tied with thread.

Rolls fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Pour into the pan the wine, let it evaporate, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. I before pouring wine shot thread, but it can be done after. Do NOT FORGET to remove them at all!!!

Serve on lettuce leaves, watering sauce with the liquid from the pan, decorate as desired. BON APPÉTIT!!!
