Leveling cakes is a lifesaver when guests at the door or just not hunting for a long time to deal with dough or when you need to cook a family dinner of three courses, and time to spare. For me, the problem with such a test has always been one - almost all the recipes it of dough on the mayonnaise, which to me is unacceptable. Had to find your own version of these pies, and I found it! I have a meat pie, but the filling can be cheese, greens, and cabbage, egg and onion... In General, any to your taste! Cooking
The dough is so fast that longer to write. I just put a bowl in which you will knead the dough, on the culinary scale. And put 250 g of yogurt (I have a home natural without additives in the store is Greek yogurt), 50 g (Dada! gram, I'm on the scale all measure), deodorized sunflower oil (i.e., unscented), 1 egg. Mix everything until smooth with a whisk.
Add 100 g whole wheat flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix again.
150 g of fine flour mixed with 3/4 tsp. of baking soda. Again peremeshaem.
Actually the dough is ready! Spread half (I did 630 g of dough, and then spread 315 g or a little more down) in a greased baking pan. I have a 25*25 - she's a little big for this cake. 20*20 will be perfect. With a spatula make a small bumpers.
Then put the filling and close the top of the remaining batter. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until tender - it took me 25 minutes.
